Air travel company set to ease travelers’ difficulties in Yobe

Al-Wadi Travel and Tours, an air travel company, has opened a branch in Damaturu, the capital of Yobe State, to help air travelers in the state.

Alhaji Abdullahi Auwal, the company’s Managing Director, made this announcement to journalists in Damaturu on Sunday.

He said that they decided to open a branch of the company in Yobe, his home state, to make it easier for people in the state to get their travel documents processed easily.

He also said that this would serve as an opportunity to use the Damaturu Cargo International Airport, which was built by the Yobe government, and to boost the state’s economy.

The MD promised to provide a good environment for pilgrims, students, and other travelers to other countries around the world.

He called on the federal government, the National Hajj Commission, and other stakeholders to take steps to reduce the cost of the Hajj so that Muslim ummah can fulfill one of the fundamental pillars of Islam.

Auwal praised the Yobe government under Governor Mai Mala Buni for building the Cargo International Airport.

He said the airport would create jobs and serve as a hub for the import and export of goods between Nigeria and other parts of the world.
