“You will recall that I first appointed Baba Malam Wali mni, as Secretary to the State Government in 2019, and now, reappointed him for a second term.

“After finding him worthy of providing the necessary skills for our administration to achieve our objectives of good governance, enhanced service delivery, transparency and accountability,” he said.

He said, Wali had exhibited excellent administrative skills in the coordination and implementation of government policies and programmes.

He added that the SSG had improved working synergy among Ministries, Departments and Agencies, the three arms of government, sister state governments, the federal government, and development partners.

“I have no doubt in Baba Malam Wali’s sense of commitment to duty, patriotism, loyalty and proactive approach to service.

“I, therefore, implore you to redouble your efforts to support the government to achieve its set target of improved service delivery to the people,” Buni added.
